Kyiv Medical University was established in 1992 by Dr. Pokanevich Valerity. It is one of the best and old private universities in Europe imparting MBBS education. The university has trained over 10,000 students who have emerged general practitioners, dentists, and pharmacists. The university offers an MBBS course to both local and as well as for international students. This is the best private institution of higher education with 3,500 people, 500 interns, and 3,000 students of which 35% are foreign students from 62 countries.
The university is recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI), European Council of Medicine, General Medical Council of UK, Ghana Dental and Medical Council, Nigerian Dental and Medical Council, Pakistan Medical and Dental Council. So, International students do not need to take stress over the legality of their degrees. All degrees gave by KMU are legal, and approved by the foreign ministry of Affairs, Ukraine.
It was founded by Valeriy Volodymyrovych Pokanevych, who is the honored Doctor of Ukraine, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor, General Director of the Ukrainian Association of Traditional Medicine, Chief Freelance Specialist of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine in Folk and Alternative Medicine.
The university trains specialists in various fields which includes ‘Medicine’- full-time course of 6 years, ‘Dentistry’- full-time course of 5 years, ‘Industrial Pharmacy’- full time and part-time course of 5 and 5.5 years respectively.
The institute is providing the best infrastructure for its students and the quality facilities like good and spacious hostels, libraries, modern classrooms, etc. Moreover, the institute is providing a healthy and friendly environment on the campus for its students. The institute has various other activity centers in the campus like gym, separate sports complex, etc. The University believes in the overall development of every student and thus organizes various personality development programs such as Seminars, Debates, Conferences, and Student Exchange programs. Apart from personality development programs, the University organizes various sports and cultural events and also encourages students to partake in these activities.
In this university almost 500 faculties’ members work on the introduction of the latest educational technologies, improvement of clinical and educational bases, equipping of support departments, improvement of the material and technical base of the University and comfort of students, administration handling. At present 4000 people are graduated from this university and at the university, every fifth teacher is a doctor of sciences and every third student is a candidate of sciences.
There are an undergrad and postgraduate academic program, language certification courses, training courses, and significantly more. English is the essential language of instruction at the university. The University promotes the training and practice at the national and worldwide level.

• Required 6 passport size photographs should be 35mm x 45mm in Width and Height over matt paper with a white background.
➢ Bank Statement of Father or Mother (PLEASE NOTE: Passbook copy is not acceptable)
• 6 months original bank statement with Bank Stamp on it.
• Minimum closing balance not less than Rs. 4.5 Lakhs.
• In case an account is opened less than 6 months then a letter from the bank manager stating when the account was opened.

The university has its own hostel in the campus for the students. The students feel very familiar in the hostel in a matter of a few days where students from all over the world come, live,study, and interact. University distance from Hostel: - The distance between the hostel and the university campus is only 500 meters.
Room occupancy info: - The hostels are available in double and triple sharing occupies in rooms. Students can choose one of them based on their needs, requirement, budget, and availability.
Basic Amenities: - All the rooms are well-furnished and centrally air-conditioned with all the necessary amenities like a bed, bed sheets, mattress, study table, chairs, etc. Moreover, there is a common study room is there in every hostel. One elevator is also thereon every floor.
Laundry room info: - Each floor of every hostel is having two common laundry room that can be used by every student on that particular floor. Each laundry room is equipped with 2 washing machines.
Kitchen info: - Each floor of every hostel is having two common kitchens which can be used by every student of that particular floor. Kitchens are equipped with 2-3 electric burners, and a microwave, where students can cook their meals whenever they want to do.
Washroom and Toilet info: - Every room is having an attached washroom and an attached toilet.
Boy and Girl Division info: - Boys and girls hostels are separate.
Security info: - All the hostels are very safe and secure as they have security cameras in every hostel for the students safety. There is a 24 hours security checkpoint, students can only enter in the hostel when they show their identity card.
Indian Mess availability info: - Indian mess is there in the hostels for the students and they are providing healthy and nutritious food to every student and staff.
Gym info: - The university has a gym in the campus with modern machines and tools like dumbbells, treadmill, etc.
