Nanjing Medical University established in the year 1934 as Jiangsu Provincial College of Health Policy and Management. In 1957, it has moved from Zhenjiang to Nanjing and changed its name to Nanjing Medical College.Nanjing Medical University is one of the biggest medical university in China.It recognized by WHO, MCI, and many more international professional groups. It is one of those universities which is having an advanced system of education, and it trains students with the help of updated education technology of medical study. The university embraces the high-tech methods of practical medicine that empower students to be focused, competitive and flexible in the world market.

The university is providing the best infrastructure for its students and the quality facilities like good and spacious hostels, libraries, modern classrooms, etc. Moreover, the university is providing a healthy and friendly environment on the campus for its students. The institute has various other activity centers in the campus like gym, separate sports complex, etc. The University believes in the overall development of every student and thus organizes various personality development programs such as Seminars, Debates, Conferences and Student Exchange programs. Nanjing Medical University is offering a low-cost medicine program. The university is preparing doctors for near countries, and far abroad. It has twenty-four affiliated hospitals and over fifty teaching hospitals in Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Shandong Provinces. Presently the university has over 1600 employees, including 825 skilled teaching staff, 188 professors, 252 associate professors, 422 doctoral supervisors and 1746 master tutors (including people from the affiliated hospitals).The university has 24 undergrad programs. Presently it has over 14,500 students. The university has formed a comprehensive and multi-level educational system that covers undergrad and graduate programs, as well as post-doctoral training, for full-time or part-time, domestic or foreign students.

Nanjing Medical University has enrolled over 1,500 international students from more than 40 nations worldwide, such as Thailand, Mauritius, Sri Lanka, India. Currently, there are 824 international students in the university. International graduates of Nanjing Medical University have a high passing rate in their home nation’s medical licensing examinations.The one-time passing rate for Nepalese students is 83 percent and Indian students more than 50 percent; according to incomplete statistics, 13 MBBS graduates have passed the Step 1 or Step 2 examinations of USMLE, 3 students passed AMC and 1 student passed PLAB from 2010 to 2017.

Eligibility criteria: - Candidate must have passed their 10+2(sr. secondary education) with a minimum of 85% marks with PCBE (physics, chemistry, biology, English) from State board and 70% PCB From CBSE Board. Age should be between 18 - 25 years. Admission: - Admission will be on the basis of the marks obtained in the entrance exam (NEET). Minimum 300 Marks is required in NEET Exams

Library: - The university has a library with 930,000 books, 1567 foreign and international journals, 17,000 electronic periodicals, etc.
Sports: - The institute has both indoor and outdoor sports facilities in the campus like table tennis, basketball, volleyball, swimming etc.
Labs: - The institute has a well-equipped lab in the campus with modern equipment and tools.
Computer lab: - The institute has a well-equipped computer lab in the campus with the latest computer machines and tools.
Gym: - The institute has a gym in the campus with modern machines and tools like dumbbells, treadmill.

HOSTEL

The institute provides hostel to international students in which they are providing well-furnished rooms with all the necessary facilities like a bed, mattress, cafeteria, WIFI Internet facility etc. Students has to pay the electricity and water bill as per use. Students are allowed to rent their own apartment too.

Room occupancy info: -The hostels are available in only twin sharing occupancies in rooms. Students can choose one of them based on their needs, requirement, budget, and availability.
Basic Amenities: -All the rooms are well-furnished and centrally air-conditioned with all the necessary amenities like a bed, bed sheets, mattress, study table, refrigerator, etc. Moreover, there is a common study room is there in every hostel.

Kitchen info: -Every hostel is having a common kitchen which can be used by every student of that hostel. Where students can cook their meals whenever they want to do.
Washroom and Toilet info: -There is an attached washroom and toilet in every room of the hostel.
Boy and Girl Division info: -Boys and girls hostels are separate.
Security info: -All the hostels are very safe and secure as they have security cameras in every hostel for the students safety. Security staff is always there for the security of the students.
Indian Mess availability info:- Indian food is available in the messof the hostel in which they are providing healthy and nutritious food to students.
